Located in the centre of Tuscany, the Valdelsa area is the ideal place to rediscover the natural, scenic and gastronomic riches of the most authentic Tuscany. 
It is the valley of the Elsa river and along its course are numerous castles and historic villages. Montespertoli, Certaldo, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Colle di Val d'Elsa, and Casole d'Elsa are just some of the towns you will encounter along the Via Francigena. Moreover, if you are a nature lover, you can visit the Elsa River Park, a 4-km-long path immersed in greenery, along the river, where you can take a swim or, for the more adventurous, go rafting.
